REELTUBER CREATOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
By creating an account and uploading content on ReelTuber, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The creator confirms that all uploaded videos are original or that they have all necessary rights and permissions to publish the content.
2. Copyrighted content (including movies, TV shows, music, sports broadcasts, or any third-party material without permission) is strictly prohibited.
3. Content containing hate speech, violence, illegal activities, nudity, pornography, harassment, misleading information, or spam is not allowed.
4. Creators are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable laws and respects the privacy and rights of others.
5. ReelTuber reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or suspend any content or account that violates these terms.
6. Monetization Revenue Sharing: Advertising and monetization revenue generated through eligible content will be shared on a 50% (Creator) : 50% (ReelTuber) basis, subject to the platform’s monetization policy.
7. Monetization is available only for creators who meet ReelTuber’s eligibility requirements. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee earnings.
8. Payments will be processed according to ReelTuber’s payment schedule. Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment details and any applicable tax information.
9. Artificially increasing views, likes, followers, watch time, or engagement through bots, fake accounts, or fraudulent methods is strictly prohibited. Such activity may result in demonetization or account termination.
10. ReelTuber may update its monetization policies, eligibility criteria, or revenue-sharing rules from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
11. Creators retain ownership of their original content but grant ReelTuber a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, promote, and stream the content on the platform.
12. ReelTuber reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that repeatedly violates these Terms & Conditions.
13. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
By using ReelTuber, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
MONETIZATION POLICY
A creator will become eligible for monetization after meeting all of the following requirements:
– Minimum 500 Subscribers
– Minimum 3,000 Valid Public Watch Hours
– Minimum 500,000 (5 Lakh) Valid Public Video Views
– Compliance with all ReelTuber Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
After a creator qualifies and is approved for monetization, advertising revenue earned from ads displayed on the creator’s eligible videos by ReelTuber or its advertising partners will be shared on a 50% (Creator) : 50% (ReelTuber) basis.
ReelTuber reserves the right to review eligibility, reject fraudulent activity (such as fake views, fake subscribers, bots, or artificial engagement), and modify the monetization policy when necessary.
